CrossFit was developed in the U.S. in the early 2000s and is based on high-intensity functional training. It combines strength work, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and endurance into constantly varied workouts – known as WODs (Workout of the Day).
You’ll train your whole body: strength, stamina, speed, mobility, and coordination. Every workout can be scaled to your level, making it suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes. CrossFit builds both physical capacity and mental toughness.
