What is Zenova Gym’s vision and philosophy?
Our vision is that anyone between the ages of 7-12 and 16+ should be able to practice
martial arts, relax, have fun, train hard, and eat healthy, like a healthy adventure.
What sets Zenova Gym apart from other gyms and training facilities?
At our gym, we focus as much on the dominant and challenging aspects of martial arts as other clubs and gyms do. However, we also incorporate other aspects of the journey, such as recovery, healthy food, relaxation, and active rest. With us, you get both.

Can I try a session before signing up for a membership?
Yes, we offer a free trial training day of up to 4 hours.
What type of training is best suited for beginners at Zenova Gym?
All martial arts and CrossFit at our gym are available for beginners. We believe that there is no path to the top without starting from the bottom, which is why we offer training for beginners, advanced practitioners, and casual athletes.
How does membership and payment work – is there a commitment period?
Our cancellation period is “x” weeks (example).
Do you offer personal training or group classes?
We offer private training for both casual athletes and advanced competitors, provided by our in-house trainers.
What experience and qualifications do your trainers have?
Our trainers have extensive experience and achievements in their respective sports and teach from both knowledge and personal experience.
Do you offer specialized programs for martial arts, strength, or conditioning?
The gym sells specialized programs and plans tailored to various needs.
How do you ensure cleanliness and safety in the gym?
Our gym is prayer-friendly, and we highly value cleanliness. All areas are inspected daily by our facility manager, and our members are always respectful of maintaining a hygienic environment.
Is there an age limit to train at Zenova Gym?
The age limit is 7 years for group training and 16 years to access all other areas of the
gym, including the cardio section and the pool.
Do you organize training camps, competitions, or other events for members?
We will host training camps, potential competitions, and plenty of events at the gym to keep the training spirit and community alive!
